Independent artists juggle multiple roles, and I'm no exception, spending more time managing the show than creating music. The quote, "Life is what happens to us while we are making other plans," truly resonates with me. Originally penned by American cartoonist and journalist Allen Saunders in a 1957 issue of Reader's Digest, it was later popularized by John Lennon in his 1980 song "Beautiful Boy (Darling Boy)."

This is just part of the journey, and the greatest reward comes when someone connects with your work, listens to your music, and, even better, finds a reason to support you. RURAL Album Art: This photo was captured outside the house where I spent my childhood, looking towards the main street of Kirkjubæjarklaustur, a secluded village in South-East Iceland where I was raised. It was taken with a Pentax Super A 35 mm single-lens reflex camera using black and white film.
Ambient Short Stories album canvas. The cover and album artwork is a beautiful painting by Brynja Hardardottir Tveiten, an artist and a close friend of mine residing and working in Akureyri, North Iceland.
